Depending on the specific situation, Ctech Mart will contact you to provide further instructions or notify you of the order cancellation.

1. Ctech Mart will deliver the products to the location specified in your order.
2. You can choose one of the following three payment methods on the website:
   • Payment via direct bank transfer using a QR code scan. : When you select this payment method and click "Place Order," the system will automatically calculate the required amount and embed it into a QR code, while also generating the necessary payment reference details. You simply need to scan the QR code using your banking app and confirm the payment. To ensure we do not overlook the transaction notification and to prevent issues related to fraudulent transfer claims, please take a screenshot of the successful payment confirmation and send it via Zalo to 0905.859.824 (messages can be sent to this number even without adding it as a contact).
   • Payment via direct bank transfer using a QR code scan. : When you select this payment method and click "Place Order," the system will provide our bank account details for you to make the payment.
   • Cash on delivery : Please select this payment method to pay upon delivery.
3. Ctech Mart will deliver your order within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase (or as updated in the Order Confirmation email); however, we cannot provide an exact delivery date at the moment the order is placed. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, depending on the delivery location and method you have selected.
4. You may designate a recipient for the goods; however, you shall be held responsible for any issues arising after the goods in the order have been delivered to said designated person.
5. We will notify you of any delivery delays; however, we will not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or charges arising from such delays.
6. Upon delivery, you will be required to sign for the goods. Please inspect the product for any defects or damage before signing. We recommend keeping the receipt in case you need to contact us regarding your purchase in the future.
7. Please note that there are certain locations to which we are unable to deliver. Should this occur, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of your order and arrange to either cancel the order or deliver it to an alternative address.
8. Ctech Mart packs items using standard packaging in accordance with our secure shipping procedures.
9. Please exercise caution when receiving the product to avoid damage, especially when using any sharp objects to open the packaging.
10. You must ensure that you are ready to receive the goods without delay and at any reasonable time we have specified.
11. If you are unable to be present to receive the delivery, we will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or where to pick up the package from the carrier.
12. If the delivery and receipt of goods are delayed due to your refusal to accept the shipment from the delivery provider, we will handle the situation as follows (without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us): You shall be liable for any shipping costs charged by the delivery provider as a result of the delay.
13. You are responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for your intended use and meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee that the products will satisfy all of your individual needs. Please be aware that all products are of standard quality and are not custom-manufactured to meet every specific requirement you may have.
14. You have the right to inspect the goods upon delivery. You must sign an acknowledgment confirming receipt of the full order with our delivery personnel.

We accept requests for returns and refunds subject to the following conditions:

• If the delivered item does not match the description, a video of the unboxing is required as proof.
• Damaged items: Please record a video while unboxing the package to serve as proof of damage upon receipt. We will arrange an exchange or return for you.
• If you change your mind and decide not to accept the delivery: You are required to provide a video demonstrating that the item remains in its original condition. In this case, please cover the shipping costs for both the outbound and return delivery.
• If you have held onto a product until it has expired and wish to exchange it for one with a new expiration date, we will facilitate the exchange subject to the fees set by the organization responsible for the product.

If you are purchasing for resale, please select the "Request Invoice" option during the ordering process and enter the necessary invoicing details so that we can issue the invoice for you.

If you are a consumer customer:

• For low-value orders (up to a few hundred thousand VND), you are not required to request an invoice. However, if you do need one, you can select the "Request Invoice" option, and we will issue it for you.

Regarding the use of discount codes, we have the following regulations:

• You may use a discount code to pay for products on the website. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be used for orders that have already been paid for (successfully placed).
